Job Description
As an Office Support Assistant IV-Scheduling and Catalog, you will perform a range of duties related to Scheduling Classes and Curriculum as well as maintaining and updating the University Catalog.
- Maintaining and updating the University Catalog
- Schedule courses and classrooms
- Schedule Finals and Evening Exams
- Monitor and answer questions out of multiple resource accounts
- Work with faculty, staff and students on course related issues
- Work as part of a team
- Supporting other University Registrar functions
- Assist with functional testing of the student information system (myZou) and ticketing system
- Support Stellic scheduler and registration
- Special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Shift
M-F, 8am-5pm
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
People Soft (myZou) experience, familiarity with course scheduling and University Catalog and Curriculum.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $15-$17 per hour
Grade: GGS-006
