This role sits at the heart of our omni-channel approach, working across askUS as the University’s single front door for student enquiries, and our specialist service teams who support more complex cases. Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who can bring together people, process, technology and data in a complex customer service environment. You’ll have experience of leading teams, supporting technology-enabled change, and working with CRM, knowledge bases and wider customer contact technologies.
