Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 3. Practicing Artist-Teacher: An active record of creative practice, exhibition, or performance alongside a commitment to teaching. 4. Student Engagement: Skill in engaging students of varied backgrounds and experience levels, including beginners. 5. Effective Teaching: Capable of simplifying complex ideas, creating engaging lectures, and fostering active learning.
