Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Course Delivery: Teach undergraduate pharmacy courses, laboratories, simulation sessions, and experiential learning activities.
- Curriculum Development: Develop innovative, evidence-based teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Student Assessment & Mentorship: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students throughout their academic journey.
- Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Participate in curriculum assessment, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activities.
- Academic Service & Professionalism: Contribute to departmental and College service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and academic integrity.

Education and Experience
- Required Education: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, or a closely related discipline; or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with substantial academic, clinical, or professional practice experience.
- Years of Relevant Experience: University teaching experience and/or significant professional practice experience relevant to the discipline.
- Specific Skills or Expertise:
- Expertise in one or more Pharmaceutical Sciences or Clinical Pharmacy disciplines.
- Ability to teach undergraduate pharmacy courses.
- Curriculum development and student assessment.
- Experience supporting quality assurance and accreditation initiatives.
- Student mentoring and academic advising.
- Additional Certifications:
- PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency (for PharmD applicants) or an internationally recognized equivalent postgraduate clinical training program is highly desirable.
- Board certification or recognized advanced clinical credentials (where applicable) are considered an asset.
