Operations Coordinator (Fixed Term)

Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) leverages the power of academia for real world impact to transform individuals, organisations and society. The role holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Non-Degree Programmes Unit, including support for programme development and delivery, as well as managing diaries and travel arrangements for senior staff. The role also involves acting as Secretary to several School-wide committees, including preparing agendas, circulating papers, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions. The postholder will maintain accurate records for School-wide initiatives and projects, including responsibility for key documentation such as the School's Risk Register, and will undertake research, reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

In addition, the role provides administrative and project support to the Director of Operations and Finance, as required, and supports the Operations Leadership Team with strategic and operational projects across the School.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload. They will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.

The role is 0.7FTE working 3.5 days per week.

The interviews will be held the week commencing 30th March.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 18 months in the first instance.
