As an Organisational Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our university. Working at the heart of our OD team, you’ll design and deliver innovative development initiatives that make a real and lasting impact. From first conversation to final evaluation, you will bring your OD expertise, people development insight, change and project leadership skills to interventions that help our people and our organisation thrive.
You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted OD expert across large‑scale and complex programmes of work. Your contribution will help influence strategic priorities, strengthen leadership capability, and support meaningful cultural and organisational change.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a rich and varied portfolio of organisational development activity, including change, leadership and management development, and learning and development. If you’re energised by partnering with others to create positive, sustainable change, you’ll find this role both rewarding and inspiring.
