Welcome members, assist with check-in, and maintain accurate
class rosters.
Support the onboarding, monitoring, and troubleshooting of
hybrid and online classes.
Prepare mailing lists, course materials, and other
semester-related materials.
Compile and tabulate course evaluations and participant
surveys.
Assist with extracurricular programs, social events, and other
special activities.
This position requires attention to detail, technological
proficiency, and strong customer service skills.
Hours are varied depending on programmatic needs but occur
primarily M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and
weekends.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to
carry or maneuver tables and chairs safely. Occasionally will be
required to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch.
As with all positions, involvement with other duties and
responsibilities may be expected to support the mission and purpose
of MU Extension.

UNIVERSITY INFORMATION

Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (20 hours a week) for
24 to 32 weeks out of the year.
Ability to occasionally work flexible hours, including some
evenings and weekends, is required to fulfill assigned
responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience and at least 6 months of experience from which
comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word,
Teams), Google workspace and Zoom applications.
- Ability to work independently, have self-initiative, and be
able to work with a variety of personalities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.25 per hour
