P/T Admissions Specialist
Position Announcement
As a member of the Admissions team, this position will focus on processing application files and documentation using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Element 451. This role will also help students in person, by email and over the phone, and help with other office related duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist students in the Admissions process over the phone, through our online chat, in person at the front counter or by answering emails.
- Data Entry. Daily input of all admission materials (applications, high school transcripts, test scores, etc.) into CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and the university community.
- Provide assistance to other Enrollment Services Offices as needed.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
