Salary: €233,527 - €280,513 per annum
The purpose of this post is to provide paediatric orthopaedic elective care across the general spectrum of paediatric orthopaedics, with a subspecialty focus on spine surgery.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience consulting across paediatric orthopaedics
- Credibility as an experienced clinician respected by both clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Ability to apply evidence-based decision-making and manage complex service reconfigurations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of governance structures, national health programmes, and health sector reforms.
- Effective planning, organisational, and risk management skills.
- Proficiency in hospital IT systems and data management.
- Eligible or registered with the Irish Medical Council under the specialist division
