Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant experience. Three years of home visitation service experience preferred. Working knowledge of local social services, family and educational resources. Proficient use of technology used for communication and data collection. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and work independently. Ability to think critically to solve problems. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to perform moderate lifting of supplies. Ability to get into and out of floor. Prolonged sitting, especially in a driving capacity Valid Driver's license and responsible mode of transport required. Must obtain Infant Mental Health endorsement within first year of employment.
