Position Summary
Perform administrative and customer service related tasks for the Parking Services department to support in-office sales and operations. Apply standard business and customer service practices with professional guidance and supervision in a small business environment with advanced computer software, money handling procedures, and customer interactions on a large scale
Duties/Responsibilities
- Works as Front Line Cashier to sell permits (40%)
- Answers telephone and greets visitors giving general information in response to inquiries; delivers oral and written messages (40%)
- Performs input of received data into a computerized system (20%)
