Job Summary

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education (for the Public Health Program & Integrated Health Sciences Program) for the academic year 2026-2027. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in public health or integrated health science, including health systems, policy and healthcare administration.

Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Public Health, Health Science, Health Services Administration or a closely related discipline is required at the time of hire.

OR

• A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching undergraduate courses
