The Part-time Assistant Track & Field Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Track & Field/Cross Country Coach in all aspects of the men's and women's track & field program, with primary responsibility for the throwing events (shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin). The assistant coach will support student-athlete success through coaching, recruiting, academic monitoring, and program administration while promoting the mission and values of St. Charles Community College and complying with NJCAA and institutional regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous coaching and/or competitive experience in the throwing events preferred.
