PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The PT Women’s Volleyball Coach coaches Women’s Volleyball and helps students develop related skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Provides positive leadership with strong communication skills
2. Actively participates in practices to train on sport skills
3. Encourages student athletes to succeed on the field and academically and to work hard, to graduate, and to never stop learning
4. Compares how discipline on the field relates to real life decisions and why it is important to remain positive and focused
5. Recruit student athletes to attend LSC and work effectively with the diverse student population while inspiring them continue their education
6. Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned
