Preferred: Master's degree in Administration of Justice, Fire Technology, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Emergency Preparedness, Crises Management, Disaster Management, or Cybersecurity OR the equivalent

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Preferred: Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or California Professional Emergency Manager (CA-PEM)
