We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Part-Time Senior Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within our Continuing Education office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of administrative, financial, and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Key duties include processing payroll and timesheets, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with Human Resources to support hiring and personnel updates. The position also manages financial transactions such as payments, deposits, invoices, and travel reimbursements, while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with university guidelines.
Additional responsibilities include ordering office supplies, tracking inventory, and assisting with purchasing activities. The role also supports classroom and event operations by preparing materials, setting up meeting spaces, and providing on-site assistance for classes and events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an office setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with organizational tasks.
- Experience with financial processing.
- Experience working within higher education or large organizations.
- Proficient in MS office (word, excel).
