Job Description

Under limited supervision, this role supports daily operations for Facilities and Operations. It includes performing administrative and technical tasks such as preparing forms, creating work orders, maintaining the website, various design systems, scanning documents, and collecting data.
Job Duties
- General Office Support: Assists the Staff Executive and Staff Associate with various office operations, including but not limited to website management, scanning, data collection, and general correspondence.
- Facilities & Operations Overall Department Support: Provides indirect administrative support to the Facilities and Operations department as a whole.
- Planning, Design, and Construction and Event Support: Aids the department in organizing a variety of events, contributes to college-sponsored activities and projects, and maintains a photo and video library using drone and camera footage.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, plus six (6) months of related experience
- A pre-employment post-offer physical evaluation will be required of the selected candidate.
- This position requires the use of a company vehicle and/or personal vehicle for business travel. The selected candidate must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with standard industry software and equipment
