EMS Supervisor

The EMS Supervisor will work as a HVAC/Mechanical Supervisor overseeing the daily operations of the energy management and HVAC/mechanical efforts on campus. Supervises HVAC/mechanical staff; initiate work procedures; inspects maintenance performed by outside contractors and technicians; initiates requisitions for supplies and equipment; coordinates utilities operations with the Central Energy Plant Superintendent; continuously reviews all systems to improve efficiency for energy conservation; and inspects mechanical systems under construction and oversees system start-up and commissioning. Handle all personnel issues related to the shop. Review maintenance contracts and track warranty items/building for new contracts.
