- Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Fixed Term position until end of March 2027

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
You’ll ensure payroll and administration processes run smoothly and accurately. From processing leave and payments, to supporting business cycles and system improvements, your work will help provide an exceptional staff experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the management of shared mailbox and ticketing workflows
- Actioning high volume/bulk hire processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensure compliance with legislation
- Supporting the Payroll Specialists with reporting and day to day tasks
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, unions, IRD, and superannuation providers
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement.
Mōu | Who You Are
You will have 2–3 years’ administration experience in either Payroll, Finance or Human Resources and be able to demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of PeopleSoft/HRIS systems an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under tight timeframes and deadlines
- Confidence in managing confidential information
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
