Performance Nutrition Coordinator
Description of Work:
The Football Performance Coordinator will implement daily performance needs for Nebraska Football student-athletes, supervise and manage the football fueling station, and collect and enter nutrition related data. This position will also be responsible for inventory, ordering, stocking and billing of football nutrition supplements. Must be able to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel if needed with the team.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Must have either; Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field or Master's degree in Nutrition or Master's degree with DPD requirements. Strong communication, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred. Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible preferred.
Collegiate or professional sports setting or equivalent Previous experience using excel or Canva/Piktochart. CPR Certified. ServSafe or Food Handlers Permit.
