The learning experience includes undertaking coursework across SMU and close collaboration with, and exposure to, world-renowned marketing faculty who will offer you advanced research topic courses.

PhD Business (Marketing) students will also be able to leverage on the resources of Singapore Management University's world-class research institutes and centres such as Centre for Marketing Excellence and Institute of Service Excellence.

Programme Structure

Curriculum:

The PhD programme is a small highly selective programme geared towards training students to become leading marketing faculty in the top tiered research focused schools.
The programme is focused on developing marketing faculty that can conduct rigorous and relevant research focused on understanding and predicting marketing actions of firms and managers and the behaviour of consumers.
