- You may also get the opportunity to work in the award-winning Wellington University Coastal Ecology Laboratory (WUCEL), an active research facility that supports research excellence in coastal ecology and marine biology.
- Located on Wellington's south coast, this purpose-built research lab overlooks the exposed rocky reef systems of the Taputeranga Marine Reserve.
- There are seawater laboratory facilities, a well-equipped research laboratory, a small fleet of research vessels and vehicles, and office space.
