Required Qualifications
Physician Assistant
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
- Current license from the Texas Medical Board, without pending
or current disciplinary action
- Certificate of graduation from an approved Physician Assistant
program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on
Education for the Physician Assistant
- Current National Commission Certification of Physician
Assistants to practice as a Physician Assistant
- Four years of experience in primary care as a Physician
Assistant
- Experience using electronic medical records
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as
appropriate
Nurse Practitioner
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN)
- Certificate of graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
Family Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current APRN license in the state of Texas, without pending or
current disciplinary action
- Current registration from the Texas State Board of Nurse
Examiners, without any pending or current disciplinary action
- Certification by the Texas Board of Nursing to practice as an
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Four years of experience in primary care as a Family Nurse
Practitioner
- Experience using electronic medical records
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as
appropriate

Salary Range
$115,000 per year FTE + depending on qualifications
Actual salary will be prorated based on the assigned annual work
schedule (9-12 months)
Working Conditions

Work Shift
- 40 hours per week
- Clinic hours: 8 AM - 5 PM; work hours to be discussed
- Rotation in weekend schedule (limited extended clinic
hours)
- Possible evening hours, as needed
- No routine after-hours call
