Polysomnographic Technologist
The Polysomnographic Technologist must be able to work independently and will be primarily responsible for scoring and analyzing sleep study data as well as conducting and monitoring sleep and Multiple Sleep Latency (MSLT) studies according to clinical guidelines and research protocols, the setting up of equipment, scheduling patients and assigning per diem sleep techs, keeping inventory and ordering supplies, managing equipment, training other sleep technicians, creating and/or maintaining workflows and SOPs, troubleshooting artifacts and scoring studies. This position will also perform other procedures according to research protocols.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $47.53 - $59.21 (Hourly Rate).
