Suspension of Drexel University's Contribution into 403(b) Retirement Plan
As communicated on Oct. 10, Drexel University is suspending its contributions to employee retirement plans for calendar year 2025 as part of its multi-year plan to build financial resilience. Drexel is continuing to monitor the situation and will share updates as they become available for calendar year 2026.
Job Summary
The Department of Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH), in the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, is recruiting for a post-doctoral researcher to focus on chronic stress and response to traffic-related pollution exposures on autonomic and cardiovascular function.
Essential Functions
- Design and implement statistical analyses of multiple exposures on multiple endpoints (e.g. inflammation, autonomic & cardiovascular function).
- Draft manuscripts and conference abstracts.
- Deliver scientific presentations.
- Communicate, interact with colleagues to interpret study design and results.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD or doctorate is required
- GIS, and experience in statistical modeling using SAS or R

Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement – Philadelphia, PA
Additional Information
This position is classified as exempt grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from a minimum of $54,630.00 to a maximum of $81,940.00 per year, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
