What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Postdoc will contribute to research and programmatic efforts in teaching and learning with AI:
- Synthesize emerging research
- Review and translate scholarship on generative AI in higher education into accessible, faculty-facing guidance.
- Conduct and support research
- Design and support Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and/or Discipline Based Educational Research (DBER) projects related to AI
- Contribute to external grant development
- Pilot and assess AI tools in instructional contexts
- Support faculty and CTL programming
- Collaborate with campus partners to integrate research into CTL programming
- Develop workshops, consultations, and discipline-informed resources
- Extend and systematize existing work
- Build on research conducted by CTL undergraduate Educational Technology Research Assistants
- Develop best-practice frameworks and scalable, asynchronous resources (e.g., guides, modules, case studies)
What We Can Offer
The annual salary for this full-time position is $70,000.
