Postdoctoral and Doctoral Corporate Governance Fellowships
The Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School (HLS) is seeking applications from highly qualified candidates interested in working as Post-Doctoral or Doctoral Corporate Governance Fellows.
Applications are considered on a rolling basis, with a flexible start date. Appointments are typically for one year, potentially extendable based on needs and funding.
Candidates must have a law degree from a U.S. or international law school. Those pursuing a doctoral degree are eligible if they have completed their program’s coursework by the fellowship start.
During the appointment, Fellows will be in residence at HLS, working on Program research and activities based on their skills and interests. The position offers a competitive fellowship salary and Harvard University benefits, with time for personal projects.
Applicants should have an interest in corporate governance and academic or policy research. Former Fellows have gone on to teach at leading law schools.
To apply, submit a CV, writing sample, and cover letter to the Program coordinator at programcoordinator@corpgov.law.harvard.edu. The cover letter should describe your experience, reasons for applying, career plans, and preferred period.
