Postdoctoral Associates receive competitive salaries according to the Cornell University Postdoctoral Associate stipend system. Start date is negotiable; the position has a duration of one-year with options for renewal based on performance, productivity, and funding. Position expected start date in Spring 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for processing and analyzing data.
• Integrate multi-omics datasets to identify regulatory networks and biomarkers of cancer.
• Collaborate to design experiments and interpret results.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication and present findings at conferences.
• Contribute to grant writing and mentorship of students.

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with Omics data analysis and integration.
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications in bioinformatics/multi-omics data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing and high-performance clusters (HPC).
• Experience with machine learning and network biology.
• Background in cancer research.

Pay Range:

$62,232.00 - $81,000.00
