Position Overview

The Rubin Lab in Harvard’s Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology is conducting a multiomics research program focused on brain aging, combining experimental and computational approaches. Research efforts span multiple labs at Harvard’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences and Medical School, including:

• In vitro studies using brain organoids
• In vivo studies using mice treated with factors that reverse aging-associated neural decline

Postdoctoral fellows will join a collaborative team, gaining expertise in cutting-edge methods for studying aging and neural function.

Basic Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Neurobiology, Developmental Biology, or Cell/Molecular Biology
• Demonstrated record of research achievement
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Experience:

• Stem cell biology, neural development, organoid-based research, or neurodegeneration
• Methods such as RNA sequencing, proteomics, and animal behavioral assays

Additional Information

• This position is contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance
