We develop computational and statistical methods for sequencing studies. We also have projects in cancer genomics and applied human genetics. The lab encompasses a wide range of skills, backgrounds, and interests spanning these topics.
We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow with a PhD degree in Genetics, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math or related fields relevant to computational approaches to life sciences. The candidate should possess experience in population genetics, statistical genetics, or functional genomics. The candidate should be interested in working on genetic variation and its impact on molecular function, fitness, and phenotypes.
