Postdoctoral Research Associate in Chemical Biology and Bioengineering
About the role
Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Chemical Biology and Bioengineering to work under the supervision of Professor Yimon Aye for a period of up to 12 months.
The project involves developing and applying a novel integrated platform to study the chemical molecular mechanisms and signalling consequences of reactive small-molecule metabolites within important biological contexts including host-pathogen interactions and tumor-immune microenvironment.
The project further leverages state-of-the-art chemical biology tools in unison with advanced genetic and biochemical concepts and models, include zebrafish and mice. The project is funded by European Research Council Advanced (ERC-AdG) Grant.
