"Postdoctoral Scholar Protein Evolution and Synthetic Biology"

The UCI Department of Biomedical Engineering in the Henry Samueli School of Engineering is currently accepting applications for 1-2 postdoctoral scholar positions in Professor Chang C. Liu's Laboratory. Project areas include antibody design and evolution, studying the molecular evolution of proteins, and developing synthetic genetic systems. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in bioengineering, molecular biology, biochemistry, computational biology, biophysics, cell biology, chemical biology, chemistry, or related field. Research experience in experimental synthetic biology, molecular biology, chemical biology, and/or cell biology is preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and years of experience, estimated at $66,737.00 - $80,034.00.
