Rates student performance based on established guidelines. Engages students in a participatory instructional style as part of their experiential learning experience. Attends all required trainings and workshops. Communicates frequently with the faculty and department chair on the needs of students as they fulfill their learning requirements. Maintains confidentiality of student and patient records, information, and sensitive conversations encountered. Culture of Respect Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community. Other duties as required. OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains current healthcare provider CPR certification. Participates in course, faculty, and staff meetings as needed. Maintains updated Health Record as required by facilities in which learning experiences occur. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s). Current Ohio Paramedic certification.
