Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm; Varies, includes nights and weekends.

Job Summary: The Pressure Washer I assists other washers in performing functions related to the maintenance and appearance of University buildings.

Additional Department Summary: Assists Building Maintenance personnel in performing duties such as pressure washing, concrete grinding, grinding and caulking cracks, and other duties as assigned. Must drive from site to site and be comfortable pulling a trailer regularly.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of masonry/concrete or commercial pressure washing experience to include one (1) year of performing pressure washing on multiple exterior surfaces. Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
