- $ 75,439 to $ 86,992 per annum (HEO5)
- Plus 17% employer superannuation
- 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum

About the role
The Student Pathways Officer provides high level administrative service and support to students, and is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of key services relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment for commencing and continuing students.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- demonstrated experience in the provision of specialist advice across multiple communication channels as well as high quality administrative services and support to students with enquiries relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment;
- ability to exercise discerning judgement and resolve complex enquiries or applications whilst ensuring the accurate application of policy, rules and guidelines;
- demonstrated ability to deliver services to students and staff requiring sound interpersonal, communication and engagement skills; and
- demonstrated ability to develop effective professional relationships and maintain diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality with superior organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
About the Group
Admissions and Credit help process and administer applications made by students to study at UNE. The admissions team handle the applications of domestic students applying for coursework courses where the credit teams administer applications for all students for credit for previous study and experience or recognition of Prior Learning.
