PRN MFM Sonographer

Job Summary

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine, at the University of Colorado has an opening for a PRN MFM sonographer between a 0.2 FTE. This position will provide support to the freestanding Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic, located in Downtown Denver, Littleton, Parker, and Fort Collins.

Key Responsibilities

• At the direction of a qualified physician or advance practice provider (APP), performs a variety of procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative in the utilization of ultrasonic equipment for the diagnosis of disease in humans.
• Reviews patient history and physician's orders in order to perform prescribed study.
• Monitors, records, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
