The incumbent also supports improvements to the lab's inventory system and use MBioLIMS software to track and manage specimens. They are responsible for reviewing patient diagnostic reports and translating clinical findings into standardized terms compatible with the lab database. Upon request, the SRA 2 is responsible for retrieving and shipping samples from onsite freezers and the BSPL Freezer Farm, in compliance with all biosafety and transportation protocols.
