Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Join UC’s Digital Services team as a Product Analyst, where you’ll help shape user-centred digital products that support teaching, research, and operational excellence across the University. Working closely with product leaders, designers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in turning insight into action and enabling smarter, data-informed decisions—particularly in AI-enabled environments. This role is based on-campus therefore cannot be done remotely.

You are a curious, analytical, and collaborative professional who has a level mindset and enjoys working at the intersection of users, data, and technology. You will bring:
- Experience in product, business analysis, UX, or digital delivery roles.
- Confidence working in agile environments and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in capturing requirements and writing clear user stories.
- Ability to analyse data, user feedback, and research to generate insights.
- Experience using digital tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Clear communication skills, both written and visual.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to UC’s values and inclusive ways of working.

You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, software developers, and data specialists across Digital Services, partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and integration partners to understand user needs, shape product priorities, and deliver user-centred digital solutions that support the University’s strategic objectives.
