Professor/ Associate Professor for Surveying and Dispute Resolution

The Department of Law and Business invites applications for academic positions at the rank of Professor/ Associate Professor to start in September 2026.

Applicants should possess a relevant doctoral / master’s qualification in real estate and construction, have a good track record in teaching and research, and preferably should be a professional member of HKIS or equivalent, with expertise in (i) law and alternative dispute resolution (including ODR), or (ii) management and digital technology (including the use of 3D scanners, AR/VR and UAV), and their applications in the real estate and construction industry in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

The appointees are expected to support the Department with the development and delivery of the new BSc (Hons) in Surveying and Dispute Resolution.

The academic rank offered will be commensurate with the academic and/or professional qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The appointment is contract-based, commencing in September 2026 and renewable upon mutual agreement.
