The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students. The typical teaching load is a 4–4; however, two course releases (one per semester) will be granted to support administrative responsibilities. Qualifications A Ph.D. in Spanish, Hispanic Studies, or a closely related field is required.
