Position Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service duties, including answering phone calls and emails, and meeting and greeting visitors
• Maintaining and purchasing office supplies
• Assisting with mailings, marketing, proofreading, and editing
• Booking school reservations, invoicing, and visitation reports
• Answering summer camp reservation questions, approving camp applications, tracking camp attendance, and preparing camp documents (sign-in sheets, name tags, certificates, etc)
• Maintenance of financial records for income, payments, and budgets

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, data tracking, and reporting, be proficient in Word, and Outlook, have a minimum of three years of customer service or office experience, and must feel comfortable working in a lively environment with lots of social interaction. Strong organizational, time management, prioritization and problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and multi-task are required. Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
