The Program Coordinator bridges the gap between Faculty Program Leaders, shared governance committees, research teams, and college-level service units. • Familiarity with budget tracking, financial reconciliation, forecasting, and navigating university purchasing and travel systems (Marketplace, Travel Center, P-Card).
• Experience in a higher education Research I (R1) environment or equivalent environment managing multidisciplinary technical programs, or providing executive administrative support.
