Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II for Undergraduate Admissions – NB. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Outreach, The Program Coordinator II has responsibility for a range of duties typically associated with recruiting the entering class at various stages of the recruitment cycle through enrollment
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Manages a recruitment market by conducting outreach to prospective students and school counselors.
- Coordinates recruitment and outreach events.
- Provides administrative support for departmental initiatives.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Equipment Utilized:
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
General computer literacy.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Standing and/or sitting, often for several hours at a time while at recruitment events; occasional light lifting/carrying.
Work will primarily be conducted in an office setting, with some travel to off-campus events.
Special Conditions:
Safe Driving Record.
