About the Opportunity
The Roux Institute at Northeastern University serves as a
Consolidated Partner to the Maine Department of Health and Human

regional stakeholder meetings, and cross-activity communications
run smoothly, are well-documented, and support the Provider's
obligations to the Department under this Contract.
This role will work closely with the Roux Institute's RHTP project
leadership, Contracted Vendors and state RHTP personnel delivering
technical assistance to rural hospitals, andand engaging regional
stakeholders across the state in health system coordination. Due to
the statewide, multi-stakeholder nature of this initiative, this
individual will routinely coordinate across organizations and
levels of seniority, and must be comfortable managing a high volume
of scheduling, logistics, and documentation with strong attention
to detail.

judgment and diplomacy to interact professionally with hospital
leadership, state government staff, and community
stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft
Teams); comfort with survey/data collection tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
and shared file systems (SharePoint) preferred.
- Ability to synthesize notes and input from meetings into clear,
concise summaries for internal and Department-facing
