St. Catherine University invites applications for a .67 FTE grant funded Program Coordinator position.
The Program Coordinator works closely with the grant director to ensure the efficient working of grant programing and particularly in supporting administrative tasks. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing such administrative functions as maintaining clear administrative and financial records, maintaining a database of active collaborators in the grant, and keeping track of in-kind matches to the grant.
Responsibilities include:
- The person assists the grant director in all administrative functions of the grant-including maintaining the grant website, maintaining records for the grant's 'mini-grant' allocations to collaborating congregations, helping produce annual reports, and maintaining the system for tracking volunteer and in-kind contributions to the grant.
- The person helps produce promotional materials for grant activities (including retreats) and maintains registration systems; the person ensures adequate supplies of materials, catering, publicity, etc. for such activities.
- The person collaborates with other offices at St. Catherine University in gathering data for reports.
- The person provides accurate information to collaborating pastors and congregants when asked for it and ensures that persons inside and outside of the university know when major grant activities (retreats, etc.) are happening and how to register for them.
- The person provides information to persons inside and outside of the university when requested, or works with the grant director to do so.
- The person supervises student employees, giving them clear and meaningful tasks.
- The person finds innovative (or, at least, new) ways of maintaining records and files.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Proficiency with software including MS office, Google Suite, and the system for tracking in-kind contributions to the grant.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with congregations
- Experience in higher eduction and/or academic settings
- Experience with managing CRM databases
