- Salary package: $99,161 to $109,457 (HEW 6) plus 17% employer's superannuation contribution and annual leave loading.

- Based at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde
The Role
The Program Delivery Officer provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
This role will focus on areas such as career and leadership development, global education and exchange, lifelong learning, and work-integrated education, both locally and internationally, this role involves providing a full suite of administration and support, including facilitating communication, manage documentation, and assist with scheduling and reporting.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, Graduate Futures, to ensure efficient and effective operation of projects.
- Preparation and maintenance of project-related documents and reports including managing the project calendar, ensuring key academic and administrative milestones and deadlines are tracked.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation in compliance with university policies. Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders, including faculty committees and administrators.
- Track project progress and highlight any issues or delays. Assist in the organisation of project reviews, evaluations, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
- Handle logistical aspects related to the smooth execution of Graduate Futures programs, coordinating with partners and managing schedules and resources effectively. Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place to facilitate a seamless learning experience for all participants.
- Ensuring all Graduate Futures programs meet quality standards and adherence to University policies and regulatory obligations. Regularly contribute to the review of program compliance, focusing on areas such as risk management and student safety.

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant area that supports the facilitation and coordination of educational projects and programs.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively facilitate educational projects, incorporating administrative responsibilities and stakeholder engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for liaising with academic and professional staff.
- Experience in handling the logistical aspects of program delivery, including coordinating resources and managing schedules to ensure the smooth execution of programs and projects.
- Demonstrated experience in working with external partner organisations, coordinating efforts to deliver integrated and comprehensive educational experiences.
