The Program Director of Faculty Affairs provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all faculty lifecycle activities within the academic enterprise. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive and complex faculty matters while balancing institutional needs with faculty engagement and support.
