Coordinate a team with an array of talents and
responsibilities
Collect, compile and summarize program data for reports
Participate in developing program operating goals, objectives
and protocols
Maintain program budgets, monitoring and reviewing transactions
for compliance with program requirements
Active participation in the development and submission of
program proposals
Lead collection and compilation of program assessment
data
May supervise the work of others or lead a team to accomplish
assigned goals
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
- Two years of program coordination or program management
experience
- Working in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
- Collecting, compiling, summarizing and analyzing data for
administrative reports
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree; four additional years of experience in
program coordination (for a total of six years) may substitute for
a Bachelor’s Degree
Required Other:
Additional Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Prior work experience in higher education related to
experiential learning
- Prior experience working in career services industry
- Prior experience in software administration
- Prior experience in supporting internships, cooperative
education program or similar program
