Programme Administrator

The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi

This full‑time fixed term role provides essential administrative support to ensure the accurate, timely and student‑focused delivery of academic programmes across the faculty.

Working closely with programme administrators, academic staff, the University Admissions Office and student support teams, you will:

  • Process admissions, enrolments, changes of enrolment and completions in line with AUT regulations
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation
  • Support students by responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate student intervention, withdrawal and refund processes
  • Assist with university events, fees/visa processes, and academic administration tasks
  • Provide secretarial and backup support within the wider Faculty Academic Administration Office
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
