Programme Administrator (MBBS, Year 5)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Programme Administrator to support Year 5 of our MBBS programme’s curriculum, within the Imperial College School of Medicine.
What you would be doing
As a Programme Administrator for Year 5, you will primarily provide administrative support to the Programme Officer (Clinical) and work closely with the Director of Year 5 as well as the Programme Manager (Clinical). You will manage the inbox, plan appropriate clinical placement allocations, manage the in-course assessment and feedback process, and any other tasks deemed reasonable within the role.
This is an exciting, varied role which provides an opportunity to work with colleagues from across the university.
What we are looking for
You should be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; experience in a similar role within Higher Education would be desirable. It is also essential that you have experience of providing a responsive, customer-focused service to staff and students via a central email inbox, and of supporting assessments.
To excel in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, the ability to set and work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
